I had tata indicom connection. I wanted to change it to airtel through MNP scheme and for same i applied on 2nd of Feb. I was issued new airtel sim and told that within 4-5 days airtel service will be started. But it didn't happen and moreover my tata indicom service also was stopped. I contacted that there is technical problem in new sim and after updation of name new sim will be issued. And that took 1 month and after one month new duplicate sim was issued (charged rs. 50 for that). Was it my fault that there was technical problem in sim. I was without any mobile service for one month.

And moreover when i went to Airtel office at Phase 3 B2 Mohali for getting duplicate sim, they were behaving like they are oblising me.

i don't have any hope that anything willl be done with my complaint. But pray god that something better happen this time. so kindly look in to matte
