Dear Sir, Currently i m a user of airtel prepaid and i want to move in, in BSNL prepaid as the airtel services are not got and there is unnecessary deduction from the balance. As provided by the TRAIL facility of mobile portability a moved a sms to 1900 and and one upc was provided by the services provider .but when i moved a application before the BSNL a message was recived by me that the UPC code is not correct and made a call to customer care of AIRTEL but there was no help from there side and even they stated calling me back and started convincing me... kindly help me get my correct UPC code
