I have been charged Rs. 99 on two consecutive days i.e. total of Rs 198 has been deducted from balance by airtel. When i contacted to airtel customer care they told i had downloaded a java game which i never did and on the very next day they say that the game you have downloaded its subscription is renewed.
I want to refund my balance, i am using airtel connection for many years and using its GPRS Internet connecttion for last 7 months, this time they deducted my balance without any proper reason.
