Deduction from account and activation of services without consent

Sir,

i am using airtel and my mobile number is 9760239235. in january i have got may cell recharged for Rs 50 and i got a msg that my account has been recharge and you have received Rs 42 (approx) along with free 10 minutes to listen radio mirchi (vas) and asked me to dail a number. i dialed that number. instead of those free minutes, that vas got activated and Rs 10 got deducted for 7 days. imediatly i deactivated that service. after 7 days i got a msg that my vas has got renewed and Rs 10 got deducted from my account. i complained through mail to airtel customer care that while the vas is not activated on my account how can you renewed the service.

since then this service being renewed and Rs 10 is being deducted. i complained each time they deduct and deactivate the service.i check my account to see any service and it shows no service is activated . but again this service is activated without my consent and Rs 10 got deducted.

i am complaining them regularly. sometime i get credited Rs 10 sometime dont get any.

each time i mail them cost more than Rs 10.

now a days they are not listning to my complaint and deducting Rs 10 regulary (after 7 days) and they are telling more service activated on my account. which i have never try to subscribe to.

please look into the matter.
