Airtel charging without active service

AIRTEL deducted Rs. 20 for FRENZO CHAT from my number on 17/03 but I do not use that. When I contacted the customer care 121, the executive said that NO SERVICE IS ACTIVE. So I asked to refund the money, the executive said that they do not refund money from Apps. They themselves say that no service is active still they charge for that service.

Then I asked the executive about the procedure for changing the service provider through MNP, the executive denied to say that, after constant requestt the execuutive finally said the procedure.

Airtel is a company which cheats its own customers.

This is not the first time, I have faced many problems before, and when I email them about my problems they just send an apology but never take care of that problem.
