I AM CUSTOMER OF AIRTEL, MY MOBILE NO. IS 9867763221, AND I WANT TO PORT OUT FROM AIRTEL AND WANT TO PORT IN TO AIRCEL. I HAD GIVEN REQUEST FOR PORT OUT IN AIRCEL ON 05-03 AND I HAD CLEARED MY PREVIOSU BILL AND ALSO PAID EXTRA Rs 100/- SO I DONT FACE ANY PROBLEM FR PORT OUT. I HAD SEND MESSAGE FOR UPC ON 05-03 AND SAME DAY I SUBMITED FORM IN AIRCEL AND GAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS. I GOT 4-5 TIMES CALL FROM AIRTEL AS TO Y AM I PORTING OUT AND ALL, BUT I TOLD THEM THAT I DONT LIKE THE SERVICE AND WANT TO SWITCH OVER TO AIRCEL AND TO HAND OVER MY NUMBER TO AIRCEL. I SO MANY TIMES GAVE COMPALINT TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE FOR PORT OUT BUT TILL NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT IS UNDER PROCESE. I ALSO CONTACTED AIRCEL AND VISITIED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE OUTLET, BUT THEY ARE SAYING THAT AIRTEL IS NOT GIVING PORT OUT OF NO. AND NOT CLOSING THE SERVICE AND THAT THEY ARE NOT HANDING OVER TO THEM.
HENCE NOW I HAVE COME TO KNOW THAT AIRTEL DOES NOT WANT TO PORT OUT MY NO. IN FEAR OF LOOSING THE CUSTOMER AND THAT THEY ARE DOING IT PURPOUSLY.
I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE UP THIS THING OF AIRTEL TO TRAI AND MAKE A COMPLAINT REGARDING THEM.
