Money deducted before the actual time

I got a message from Airtel that your airtel talkies service will be renewed in 3 days.

I got this message on 16 March around 8.30 am. They deducted the money from my account before 3 days on 18th March. I called them them they are saying they will deduct the money anytime after 48 hours. The information is not communicated properly and for that i lost my 30 rupees.
