Sir,

I am using airtel prepaid connection (no. 09560069927). Earlier this month I noticed my is being continuously deducted @ Rs 5 per day as airtel has activated some mobile cricket sort of value added service without my knowledge. I applied for deactivation of service and refund of my money. Consumer care executives have ensured me of action and to stop the service, but they did not acted as the service is still active and get deducted.

so all I want is to stop the service and refund of my money as i have never activated the service.
