Alance deduction
mitti ke rang & night pack activation and deduction of amount
my airtel mobile no. is 9779141939. on 07.01. i checked my balance and i felt that my balance is short when i contacted customer care, they told me that mitti ke rang & night pack is activated on my mobile. which was not activated by me on my phone. it was activated automatically by airtel,
when i contacted customer care, they agreed for the refund of amount and make a promise for refund within 24 hours on 07.01.2011
till date i am waiting for refund. I feel that airtel is cheating with me. please look into this matter & resolve it
