Sir,
I placed a cancellation request for my landline broadband connection (0141-4061997) on 15th March and I was told that my connection would be disconnected within 7 working days, which is not yet been disconnected. Whenever I make a call to Airtel Customer Care, they put my call on hold and the call gets disconnected after 5-6 min. I have made 8-10 calls and not yet got the solution for my problem. I would like you to help me out in this problem of mine.
