Airtel
Unaccounted deductions, for airtel prepaid

Dear Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal,

I am Kumar Manish working with "Reliance Infrastructure Limited", and I have been holding airtel number a long time since & I generally use it for GPRS services.

Earlier there had been unaccounted deductions for various services being unanimously activated by the service provider like jokes, airtel live advertisements, MMS etc. ; which I personally hesitated to make a call and wait for the customer care executive to respond so as to enquire about why & how the service is being activated even after registering for no disturbance facility.

This time again there was a deduction of 50Rs, from my prepaid balance for no reason at all; and when I thought it to let it go the account again toppled now to "Zero". Then I thought to talk to the Customer care executive for which I recharged my account with 50Rs only. The way the Customer care executive tackled the issue it seemed that I am the sole responsible and it's all my mistake and then i got a request number on my mobile-(CBDAL20323015539), with no solution to the problem at all.

This has really created a bad impression about Airtel services, for which I had a high picture in my mind. If this is customer satisfaction then I am sorry I can't take it anymore.

I have now thought for using MNP and change my SP for the same reason as this is not an issue for me to die for but an eye opener. I expect that services from a provider should be such that there should be least requirement of Customer Care, rather than services providing need for CC .

Hope you are listening!!

With regards,

Kumar Manish
