Dear Team,
My airtel number is 9897074741. i had this number from past 5 years.
I have recharged it on 9 april with 180 rs. But on 10 April
Airtel is deducted 150 rs. automatically. I have tried to call
customer care at number 9897098970 but they can not able to provide
me the solution . the customer care person name was ajay singh and
jitendra thakur. i have called them at 20:14 pm and 20:23 pm on 10
April from another airtel number.
I want to know why the hell you have deducted the extra money from my
prepaid balance.
Kindly provide me the statement of my number on the day of 9 April
2011 and give me solution for that.
I need your immediate solution.
