I am using Airtel Number 9894243570 (TN). On 09/04 I sent a message to my friends in group. I have free national and Local SMS booster but they deduced 35upees. Sine I sent it in group i din't notice my balance. balance got deduced from 40 to 5 rupees. I complained to Customer care but it is not solved yet.
Olden days customer care was verygood in airtel and they used to solve the problems then and there, But now a days none of the complaints are solved properly.
Some times I have 300 - 400 rs balance and i will not check the balance regularly. If airtel does like this i am afraid to keep this much balance. If these things continues to happen then i am planning to change to other service provider.
