My no. is 09975640252 . I had not activated cricket pack but my bal. was deducted for 11, 12, and 13 by Rs. 3 per day. I went to airtel off.and stopped the service without complaining them but now on 15 they have again started cricket pack and deducted 20 Rs. without my permission. I want to stop this service and change my operator. Please help.
