I HAVE REQUESTED FOR RELOCATION OF DISH TV FROM ONE BUILDING TO ANOTHER WITHIN SAME LOCALITY ON 5TH APR. I WAS GIVEN DATE 7 APR FOR THIS. BUT NO ONE COME TO ME. I CALL CUSTOMER CARE REGULARLY, EVERY DAY, THEY SAY THAT THE ENGINEER WILL COME TODAY. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS. I AM REALLY HARRASHED BY THEIR ATTITUDE. EXTREME BAD CUSOTMER SERVICE FROM AIRTEL DISH TV.
SO FAR 12 DAYS HAVE GONE AND NO ACTION BEEN TAKEN. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
