Alance deduction, fake reason of customer care

Hi sir, this is sandip..n my no is &9987134165

i can use Airtel sim card... n already activate my 2gb GPRS plan. n i recharge my accout..the balace will deduct automaticaly, i call customer care bt she says u get ur balance within 4hrs, the reason she said that there is techniqal issue..thts y u hv this problem...

after 6hrs later i call customer care... bt the senior customer care gave fake reasons..that is ur balance is deduct coz..use the internet... bt i told i have 2gb gprs bal then hw can u deduct my account...

then the cenior customer care can b dop the call...

n after 24hrs i didnt get my bal... plz take sum action against Airtel company and the fake customer care...
