I have not taken the CALLER TUNE service of airtel and still they have charged and applied the caller tune to me.
After I called the customer care they were giving the reason of deliberate caller tune taken but I havent taken any such value added service.
The tele customer care executive name - BHASKAR SHARMA, denied giving his employer id and after repetidly calling many times they have taken me on hold after I requested to talk to some senior person.
there after they debar me from customer service executive and when i called back them from my friends airtel no other executive namely VIJAY had put down the phone as the other giving the excuse of noy hearing my voice even when i could hear him clearly.
Then I again called from my friends no and get my complain recorded but now on the excuse of senior call they again put down my phone,
I am totally frustated by such AIRTEL behavior they never get indulge i such acts but... Please take appropiate action needed.
