I am being charged a daily amount from almost two months. I didn't know about that. A VALUE ADDED SERVICE is activated from the company side and i am not aware of it. After a query i am being told that no service is activated.

My Call to Customer Care Department has been barred because of that.

Today i through consumer forum i think my matter will be solved.
