Dear sir
i have a postpaid connection having 299 plan.but due to poor service and rong commitment frist i request to Airtel for number portablity but they (Airtel) reject the request. than i have made a request to close the connection by online but Airtel did not close my number and offered me for one time rental for a year with same plan. now they send me a bill of rupees 1050.48 for period 23.03.2011 to 22.04.2011 which are charged by different plan.
I would like register my complaint now, and will request that close my number, correction should in bill.
