I am user of Airtel prepaid mobile no 9935363738 since last 6 years (when airtel launch in east U.P first day number) i am very satisfied with airtel services but now from last year anyone swapped my number without my permission then i contact airtel customer care centre (Initiative Alambagh Lucknow) then he returned my same number with Rs. 25/-. This month 12th April again anyone swapped my number then again i contact to airtel customer care (Initative alambagh Lucknow) he again returned my same number to me, but i recharged with Rs.111.00/- and when i got my number i get only Rs. 2.00/-. now again 18th April just after two days when i get my number my mobile number swapped again and now port out to IDEA without my permission. i again contact customer care and write email to nodelofficer and [email protected] but nobody in customer care centre
answer me neither give email me. please help me because my this number is distribute all of my friends, relative, clients etc.
