Non Receipt of credit of the recharge coupon

I had recharge my Airtel prepaid Connection with Rs.299 on 24th April’11 having Transaction I.D. as 144692466. The problem is that the amount is not updated into my regular a/c. I had talked to customer care and they said that try it with *123*5# number. I called and it says that your dedicated a/c balance is Rs.299 and expiry date is 1 month. I haven't opt for any dedicated a/c and never asked for any other a/c. Pls. look into the same & transfer the dedicated account balance to main account. Thanks
