I have been Airtel customer since 6-7 year, i wasn't given any good plan and i was tired of these old plan on my number and they have been blocking my customer care service, so I decided to port my number. I was about to port my Airtel No 919880908483, I got a call from Airtel and requested to stay with Airtel as they will be providing another plan for me, I agreed to stay with Airtel, although other service provider were offering better than Airtel, but I choose Airtel. The customer care service was resumed, but the plan which Airtel promised me is not yet Activated. It has been more than three days. And when I tried to complain about this to customer care service, my call was disconnected and once again my number is not allowed to call Customer care
Where I should complain, when my customer service is blocked? If Airtel is unable to provide services then they should not cheat there customer like this.
