RE: Balance deduction

Hey,

i have been facing a problem. recently i activated N.o. P (net on phone) for 99rs by which i can use internet. but still my balance is deducted for reason using internet on phone. i used to have 110rs but now its 61.10rs . please refund the balance as i already activated nop so there is no use of balance deduction for internet.

please refund it and hope in future it will not be deducted again. otherwise i will have to take strong action against the fraud company.
