No information regarding 200 rupee easy recharge

I am having a Delhi Airtel No and i am using it in bangalore 15 days back i got it recharged with 200 rs but i got a message thet your no has been recharged with rs 1.Since than i am trying to contact customer care when i dial there toll free no they were saying that this is karnatka airtel and we could not do anything then i got delhi customer care no 9810198101 it is a wrong no then i got a no 9954099540 this also not existing so what is this
