Daily I receive a message from AD-54321 and it states as follows "You have been renewed for ##GamesMania Subscriptionfo subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged with Rs.5. live cricket on mobile tv http://airteltv.co:8080"
I had to call customer care and spoke to first person who says i activated it, but when i was trying to explain i didn't activate anything when i asked for manager he said as this service is activated from internet they cannot deactivate from their end and they can only forward only the complaint but after making reguler complaints my problem is not solved even after a month
I again called back and spoke to a person called Harinder she says she is taking a complain and will if the issue is from their side they will refund the money for 3 days.they have even promised me three times that issue will be resolved but all in vain
i think sunil mittal should consider other ways to increase the revenues for airtel
in simple words khoon pi rakha hai airtel walo ne
vaise hi saamne aa ke loot le aise hi 5-5 rs ki bheekh maangne se to acha hai
ab to jaisehi message aata hai AD54321 khoon al jaata hai lo phir gaye 5 RS.
Airtel is cheating its customers. Airtel you should be ashamed for doing this.

ab to bas wait hai ki balance khatam ho aur doosre serviceprovider pe shift ho
