I Mrs. Manojna applied for number portability for my number 9951313378 on 13/04 from idea to airtel. I submitted all the required documents on same day at Airtel Office. I received a message from 1901 at 3.0pm, (Unique porting code for your mobile number 9951313378 is IA469453 UPC expiry date is 28/04).
On 14/04, i received a message (Request for porting your mobile number to airtel has been received and your application is in process) from 1901. But still nothing has happened..When i called to airtel customer care they are saying there is a fault from idea and when i called Idea customer care they are saying there is a fault from airtel..
I request you to please take necessary action.
