Automatic Activation of VAS

My hello tunes service was activated and i was charged for it, inspite of the fact that i have the DND service activated for my mobile. My DND code is W1040621128.

Also, since the day of activation of hello tunes, all my calls to the customer care has been blocked and i could no longer talk to them.

Kindly look into the matter.
