Refund not received.

Till February, I had AirTel postpaid connection. on 02/02, I had paid excessive amount to the AirTel Postpaid bill.

Advance payment of Rs, 1048/- was paid on 02.02.2011 by Receipt No. 43-12558586 at AirTel Ashram road, Ahmedabad office. After I get one SMS from your Account department "Your Airtel Mobile Bill dated 12-Feb for Rs.-805.03 has been generated. it will reach you by 24-Feb. Due Date:03-March." on feb. But till today I have not got any payment from AirTel India. So Please help me in recovering the amount.
