Respected sir,
i am a new customer of airtel, my mobile no. is 9555746047, actually i
had changed my operator from reliance to airtel under the mnp scheme on
22nd of January.i am facing the problem of not getting the incoming
calls on my number, so i complaint for that proble on 5th & 6th of May
to your customer care but every time called them up i only received the
message that out systems are on up gradation so we cannot take your
complaint.but i am facing a problem that i am not able to recieve any
incoming call every time somebody tries to call it says that the mobile
no your trying to reach is no reach able and when i checked it from
another phone i also received the same message but i a m able to make
outgoing calls i had complaint about 20 times to customer care and every
time they are saying we are transferring your call to senior executive
but they disconnect every time and i am not able to get any result of my
problem .so i request you to please to any necessary action against my
number so that my problem should be resolved or else i would have take
necessary actions against your company b myself.
