Getting calls from unknown numbe

Hi,

My friend is getting unwanted calls from a number. Even if the call are not answered the user keeps calling. Also if the calls are answered, the user remains silent. The user keeps calling till late night and the frequency is so high that my friend is loosing important calls due to it.

The unwanted call number is : 8308652460.

Please look on this matter.
