Airtel rejecting my MNP application:
I am using airtel no 9840781153 (Chennai) from 2007 . And i want to change my mobile operator Through mobile number portability from airtel to IDEA.
I have given 5 times proff to mobile shop and it was registered by IDEA
But i receive a message from AIRTEL that reject your porting because of Contractual obligition. Actually in my case there is no contactual obligation.
They have told that i said ok for the offers they provid but When airtel made an call, i made it clear that i dont want to be an airtel costumer, i dont need any offers, any they assured that they will change within 7 working days but it was rejected..
they are simply delaying my complaint saying so many lies. Actually MNP is a customer right. but here airtel is denying that right for me.
I contacted my airtel customer care about this issue no one has respondig. Please. Help me sir

Please concern this complaint and I request you to change my mobile number to idea and take necessary action on AIRTEL…
