Broadband service /Bill Payment

I own an airtel broadband connection for more than 3 years. I shifted house recently and since then the broadband had connectivity issues. In last 3 months I raised more than 6 service requests and had to call number of times for each service request.

Over 3 months the servcie was down for more than 20 days. I got a call on behlaf of airtel to pay the bill, I requested them to compensate for the time during which I had not received the service. The caller told me that it has been adjusted and suggested me to pay the bill. I paid the bill as per the calculation told to me by the airtel representative. To my utter disbelief, when I request the bill next time, the amount was not adjused.

I felt harrased at this point of time, and called airtel to cancel my connection with immediate effect. It got me 3 calls of 15 minutes each to get to the right person for getting the cancellation. When I finally got connected to the right person, she told me that I have to pay all the bill without any adjustment first otherwise they will not process my cancellation.

My service request number is 201349752

I am feeling compelety harrased because of the problems faced as suggested above. This is after I own the connection for more than 3 years,
