Hi,
I am quiet unfortunate to be a customer of Airtel. I hold a post paid
connection with Airtel. From the past 3 months i was out of country
and all of sudden airtel send some imaginary figure (as usual) to me.
Around 3000 bill for an unused number. A representative (Vamshi) came
to my place for collection. When i told him the actual story he took
10mins and said he spoke to customer care center and as i was out of
country and never used my SIM, i can pay 1200/- and settle off the
account and continue to use the services.
Now after a week i got a call asking to pay 1800/- and my out going is
disconnected. NEVER EVER SAW such as Useless service provider.
My Billing is unnecessary getting accumulated with imaginary figures by Airtel guys. I would want to
immediately cancel my SIM. Surprisingly outgoing is barred and Mr Vamshi the fraudalent person (Airtel representative is not picking the phone). Call to Customer care center is also blocked for me. Neither i can make calls to Airtel.
