Call divert not working

Sir

i am using Airtel network last 5 years. but from last month onwards i am trying to use call divert option. but not woking. my mobile number 9790157147 (sim card number). i tried other nutwork (air cell &BSNL) with same handset. but call divert option is working. i tried Airtel sim card (9790157147) with other handset not working. so kindly help me due to i required this option.
