Deduction of balance from prepaid account

Dear sir,

i have a prepaid mobile connection no 9910555198 in which i have activated gprs data plan of Rs. 98/2GB valid upto 18th may.

i used the gprs connection on 18-05-11 at 8:35 pm around for approx 10 minutes and i got a flash msg that Rs. 21/- has been charged from my balance and just after that again more than Rs. 33/- has been deducted from my account balance. while on other side my data a/c balance is showing 900 Mb approx left. airtel has deducted my whole a/c balance of Rs 55/- and i left only 0.17 Rs. with my a/c.

i contacted at 09:10 pm on balance deduction complaint helpline no. 198, but they put me on hold saying that they are connecting me to some senior person and after 13 minutes, customer care executive cut the line. after thet even nobody is picking up my call on 198 till now.

this is not the first time airtel is doing that but i know four another persons also personally, who suffered from the same problem of not picking up the customer care no. from the subscriber and then they switched to another service provider.

very soon the day will come when the airtel will remain with its employees only. because no one is here to listen the customer's issue here.
