My Airtel Mobile no. is 9894481800. Airtel has, without my permission, enrolled me for Friends Chat and is deducting Rs. 30 per month. I wonder how they can deduct any amount without permission. I would like them to stop this service but I don't know how to do this. I am unable to register my complaint by contacting 121. Not only is it tedious, it is often difficult to complete the process of registering the complaint.
I am also receiving several nonsense messages with vulgar text. I hope that by registering this complaint in this forum, I will get some relief. My advance thanks.
