My name is satwinder singh.i have an airtel sim.my airtel no is 9779597717.on 21 may my account balance was 217 rs. but the next day it became zero then i recharged with 50 rs.then at same day at 12.15pm they deducyed 6.04 rs. then after deducting 30 paise at short intervals, at 1.37pm 37.05 rs. were deducted.i had complained customer care but they dont refund the money. i have never used internet but they say the whole money got deducted due to surfing. please refund my whole money which is nearabout 250 rs.
