On dated 23/05, I want to get gprs plan on my cell. Airtel who's
service provider of my cell, deduct the amount of pack rupee 98, as along
it they deduct the whole balance from my cell account of rupees 168/-.
Till day I have unable to use net on my cell, & can't get back of balance,
the customer care no does not complete my call.
til time the gprs is not active on my phone & my extra deduct amount of
rupees 164 is not refund. & now cutomer care block my cal, mean's i'm
unable to make call on 198/121
take urget step on it, orther wise i'll lauge a complaint in consumer
forum.
