Horrible Airtel Customer care

Hi,

I am facing issues with airtel customer care executives often, they don't respond to your queries properly, worse thing they do is put your call on hold and simply disconnect after some time. This has happened to me not once or twice. This is how they behave if you call to Airtel customer care from Bangalore atleast. They record your call for "quality monitoring pupose", I doubt is there someone reviewing these calls.

I called up Airtel Customer Care twice on 24/5, both the times they put my call on hold for 5 mins or so and hung up after some time (for this they are charging 50 ps per min). My complaint was regarding the GPRS plan. I am using 98 rupees plan which has one month GPRS connectivity with 2GB download (I know that some prepaid customers are getting the same plan for 65 rupees or so). My Rs 98 GPRS plan got expired on 23/05 it didn't renew itself because there was no sufficient balance. So I thought of recharging next morning. But I got a bad surprise next morning - a message from Airtel telling you have subscribed for rs 19 GPRS plan for 3 days and it will be autorenewed. That was utter nonsense, how can they activate this plan by there own without consulting me.. I called cutomer care for this reason and the treatment I got from customer care was horrible..

I even thought of cancelling the connection, but I know my friend who is struggling to get the number portability done.

Please provide a soution for my problem and compensate my loses.
