Dear Airtel Management,
Myself is Mr. K Nagaraj Adiga, who is having an airtel broadband connection (08364258944) Since last One Month I am trying to Lock my landline to restrict all out going calls, but it is not happening. I have tried all the proceedure told by your customer care executives, but it is not working. I have also asked for the assistance of your local executive, which they told they are not coming to our place to help us.
I am fed up of your services, I 3 offices, one at UDUPI, another at Bangalore, I have taken airtel BB for Bangalore office also (080 41205813). But I wont do this mistake for UDUPI, I will go for some other service provider.
Now kindly tell me how many months/ days/ hours it will take to solve my problem?
