Dear Sir,

I Am a 16 years old boy and i have given my ICSE boards this year and i am using airtel no 9897836209 from last 3 years and i am facing these money deduction problems very oftenly...

3 days ago i activated the rupees pack of internet on my number and i was using facebook on my computer and the 20 paise per 30 kbs pack was also activated on my number and the balance in my account was 51 rupees and 09 paise . by mistake i used 57 mbs which was 7 mb more so when i deactivated the net and checked my balance you had deducted 51 rupees from my account.i contacted the help line number 198 and the registered my complaint and said that you will be contacted by our delhi executive on 23rd and the date was 21st so i waited for two days but nobody contacted me instead a message came to my number saying that no wrong money deduction has been done on your number the deduction is according to the data usage.my question is that the 20 paisa per 30 kb pack is activated on my number then is it right to deduct 51 rupees from my account just for 7 mb data usage... and that too when i was using facebook... i want my money back now i am an educated 11th boy and i am not illitrate that anyone can make a fool of me.

if i will not be contacted within one day and if i will not get my money back i will surely take action against it.i will go to pehredar and authority but i wont sit quiet because i want my money back.

There is one more complaint that i am leaving behind and that too is on this number, thank you.
