I was using Airtel prepaid connection mobile number 9840850800 for the past six years now. I was posted at Assam temporarily where the network connection was not available. When I got back to Indore in April, I found out that my sim was inactive even though the connection was valid till end of April. I called chennai customer care and since I was at Indore, I was told to go to the nearest airtel office and try to reactivate the number. I even lodged a complaint on the website through [email protected] and got an acknowledgement but I'm still yet to get a reply. Please help me as this number is important as all my friends and relatives can contact me through this number. It would save a lot of inconvienence.
