Balance Deduction

Hi,

I had recharged my number on 17/05 with 100/- And 50/- Respectively. But to my surprise next morning (18/05) the balance left was only 0.21/-(Paise). When I called up the customer care on 198, they said the balance has been deducted by mistake and I can expect a call from them in next 48 hours. I kept waiting but there was no call. Then on 21/05, I received three missed calls (single rings) from 9971000260 (I am assuming from airtel, but when I called, it said the number DID not exist) and after a few minutes a message was received stating "your service request no. Cbdpa30518977405 has been resolved. We tried contacting you and were not able to contact you."

My first question - how can a request stand resolved when you have not spoken to the customer and that too without any resolution?

second - if I was not reachable, I DID give my alternate number to the customer care, why was the call not made on the alternate number?

Called up today as well and was given a new complaint number cbdcc20530540822 and now i am not getting through the customer care number. Its been 12 days and still there is no resolution

Any help would be highly appreciated
