Dear Sir,

I have done online recharge on 03-06 at 11.15 am, I have recharged through online many time but my last time recharge is not successful but the Airtel company debited my account with Rs. 100/- only. So, Sir please help to either get the money back in my account or done the recharge to my account. Following are the information :

My Bank name: Oriental Bank of Commerce, Salkia branch, Howrah

The transaction number : 000002103218

My airtel number : 9163161344

My contact number is : 9831345545

So sir please take an urgent action as soon as possible.
