Got message from 549490002 on 3rd June at 11:26 AM on Airtel Mobile no- 91-7738279204 stating "Thank You for subscribing to Airtel devotional portal. You will be charged Rs2/pay." No such subscription attempt was made from client end. Rs 2 were deducted at that time only making the balance go negative, so that the subscription could even not be unsubscribed. Now until client recharges his account, there will be daily deduction of Rs2.
If it is a technical fault: Why do such faults happen over and over again? Such technical incompetencies should be corrected ASAP or otherwise such acts should be penalized.
