I have been having issues with Airtel network in my residence regularly and in office some times in last 5-10 days. Issues is am not been able to reach and talk to the customer care office as it gets disconnected. Most of the times it gives connection error, call not allowed issues.
After I wrote to them on 30th May, and after 3-4 days I got one email asking for lot of details. Suddenly I got 5-10 SMS and email saying your query is resolved. Today morning I got a call back from customer care office regarding the same. However I got another email yesterday asking for same details again.
Am not sure, which query is resolved, which query is not. Absolutely no resolution to the network issues.
Pathetic service.
