Delay prepaid card to postpaid card

Dear Sir,

I have given all the documents and initial amount to airtel office to transfer my prepaid card to postpaid card, it's being more then one month, there is no action from Aritel side. instead to taking followup from their side I am calling them for address verification, but still there is no response, every time they give useless reasons.

I have given them date and time for address verification more then 3 or 4 times, but their sales person never turn up, every time they committed that I will receive call from them but they never call up.

I will appropriate if you look into this matter.
