Deduction of balance

I took a airtel recharge of Rs.98 for free browsing. But yesterday morning while browsing, balance was deducted from my main balance instead of dedicated balance. I called up custumer care complaint at 198 and they said it was because of browsing through airtel live instead of doing the same from mobile office. i agreed to it and they gave me mobile office settings so that no further balnce would be deducted.. but again my main balance started getting deducted and when i again called them up they again repied it was beacuse of browsig through airtel live but actually it was through mobile office only...

It is not the first time they are doing all these stuffs. they regularly do this and whenever they are called up they put me on hold for 20-25mints. minimum...

Deduction of my balnce was for around 30 rs.

Dont know what to do now...
