Balance being deducted for VAS not registered

I am getting a service reply everyday for the past 3 weeks that 1 Re is being deducted from my account for some VAS. I had not activated the Value added services. When i check the VAS on my number, it does not show my any service activated. Please deactivate the VAS that is activated on my number and also refund the deducted balance. Also, please add my number in the DND list.
