I have received SMS from Airtel saying that If u recharge for 399 u will get 180 days validity.
I recharged my prepaid connection through my online back account. My balance got added but I got only 20 days validity. When i called the customer care they lodged my complaint and told after 24 hrs it will be added. When I called next day they are saying " you will not get validity if you recharge through online bank account".
My question is Why didn't you guys tell me this when i called you up at the first time?
It is no where mentioned in SMS that I should not recharge my cell using online banking.
Airtel making fools of customers.
